I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pippa Sports Café, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Danbury, Connecticut. This was my first time at Pippa's. I ordered a burger and unfortunately, I was not impressed. I'm not a picky eater ,and the burger was just mediocre. The young lady who waited on my friend and I was nice. I think I would go back and try something different. Maybe second time's a charm.
This was the Very First time in 7 years dining at Pippas, I was told the waitresses "shared" tables? Our Server never came back...just don't get it??? Doesn't feel good to be ignored and have no follow up to our table. The other waitresses seemed to be rushing us out! It's too bad because we were there celebrating my promotion, left a bad taste in my mouth! Normally I order the salad and eat the other half for my office lunch, but since we were treated...
