Worst quality popeyes ever corporate clean house good god. Cold dry chicken through the drive through and almost no seasoning as all on the tenders and the chicken dippers were fried in unseasoned flour without a touch of salt or anything soulless cooking needs to be addressed will never be back.

Chicken has a lot of skin and batter but no meat. Maybe it’s a company change but the chicken is not good as it used to be and the biscuits are much smaller.

We decided to order delivery and chose Popeyes. The app was easy to navigate. The food was delivered within the time window and still warm. I haven’t had Popeyes in a long time. It was really good. I have thought this before, but have finally confirmed Popeyes is better tasting than the other chicken competitors. Not trying to ruffle anybody’s feathers, just my opinion. The spicy chicken sandwich had lots of flavor. I tried some of the mac & cheese also. Hands-down better then it’s competitors and probably better than any other fast food mac & cheese. I think the little cheese crust on top is what makes the difference. Will definitely order Popeyes sooner after this experience.

Drive-thru experience, the food was done right, and the staff was good.
We like the food but the employees are awful. We walk in with no other customers...they stare at us and do other things...talk to each other etc...when the order is wrong, they challenge it...we have had this experience regularly here.

I don't usually eat fast food but was nearby and quick. Got a spicy chicken sandwich and mac and cheese meal. Menu said it came with a biscuit, but I did not get one. Self-serve area was out of condiments and napkins. Waited about 10 minutes for my counter order. Sandwich was okay but not really spicy at all. Mac and cheese was creamy with lots of cheese.
