We ordered and paid online, and set the pickup at the drive through in Danbury CT store. It took quite a long time to get our food. We had to sit at the parking lot to wait. When we drove back home we realized one of the paid order was missing. We called the store, they said there is nothing they can do because we ordered online. They directed us to call the customer support to get the refund. When we called the customer service 877 number, it then directed us to go on website to get the assistance. Basically we are waisting time to get nothing resolved. The food was plain and the experience was very unpleasant.
i think this is probably the best popeyes i’ve ever been to. the food is always good and there’s never any wait in the drive thru. everyone that works there is super nice and it’s always a pleasant experience :)

A 3 1/2 star Popeyes location with hit or miss service and food. You never know what to expect when you walk into this place, you're either going to get the most scrumptious chicken you've ever eaten in your entire life, of a half raw piece of chicken. The fries are always really good though. Every time I come here I either get cashier that hates her life and hates me for going to get my three piece tender meal, or the nicest lady ever who gives me half off everything for no reason. Popeyes Danbury is like a bipolar person, you never know if you'll walk out with a smile or not.

what is the point of ordering online ahead if you can't pickup at your designated time but go through the drive thru and end up with cold sandwich and fries and flat soda with melted ice. If you are short of helpers and can't open the floor, at least find a better way to accomodate online orders pickups or fill the order like any other drive thru customers so the customer doesn't end up with cold meal. Or better yet, don't take online orders at all if you are not going to have the counter open for them to pick it up right away. What an aweful service this place have! They truly deserve minus stars on service.
