Absolutely wonderful experience at our first time at Rebellion tonight! From the vibe and atmosphere, to the most amazing drinks by Dorian at the bar and the incredible, elevated food (Bronzino & NY Strip to be specific) and just an absolute amazing experience overall. A must visit! 5 🌟 all the way!!

Nice environment, warm inviting room. Fried clam, mushroom chrustini appetizers were both good if uninspired. The main courses were mixed, good to bad. Duck main was decent but not a lot of flavor. Eggplant main was very undercooked, tough and also lacked flavor. With drinks and tip, dinner for 2 came to 175, that’s a lot for a mediocre meal.

Dinner was really delicious and the space is very modern but cozy. I will that I lived here so that I could come back more often, but since I travel to NY and CT a few times a year, I will absolutely be back soon. Highly recommend the Chicken

This place was a gem! The service was a little slow to the table but the food was worth the wait! 100%would recommend. We would have ordered desert but we were short on time it was late and the waitress didn’t seem like she cared about it that much. The food was definitely worth it though.

Kid-friendliness: No issues with our four year old.

Rebellion Kitchen is an absolute culinary treasure, delivering not only exceptional dishes and impeccable service but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Let me begin by highlighting the owner, Tim. From the moment we stepped through the door, his genuine greeting set the tone for what would be an unforgettable evening, adding a personal touch that immediately made us feel at home. Having been on the hunt for a new dining spot, we knew we were in for something special right away.

Our party of four reveled in every aspect—from the cozy atmosphere and luxurious leather seating to the exquisite food and attentive service. We kicked things off with the Italian Meat and Cheese board and Fried Calamari with chili aioli. It was like a taste of Little Italy transported to Connecticut—pure perfection, and that’s no small feat!

The entrées did not disappoint either. The short ribs were melt-in-your-mouth tender, the scallops beautifully seared, and the Chicken Scarpiello bursting with flavor. Each dish was a masterpiece.

For dessert, the Lemoncello Cheesecake and Death by Chocolate were the perfect finale, a sweet note of indulgence that left us thoroughly satisfied.

The cocktails were flawlessly crafted, rounding out an extraordinary dining experience.

Whether you're planning a romantic evening or a lively night out with friends, Rebellion Kitchen is the place to be!

Absolutely wonderful dinner at Rebellion! From walking in the door, the team made us feel so welcome. The food was absolutely delicious, the Cacio e Pepe salad was a fresh take on a classic salad. I absolutely loved the layered eggplant entree, it was amazing how thinly sliced and perfectly cooked the dish was. My husband ordered the pesto pasta, which was the most flavorful pesto we’ve had. Lastly, the affogato with salted caramel gelato was a perfect way to end a wonderful meal. What a fantastic addition to Danbury - great food, amazing staff, and wonderful atmosphere. We can’t wait to return!

Vegetarian options: Plenty of appetizer and entree options that are vegetarian friendly.
