Christophe was very personable and attentive and made out time very enjoyable. Our experience was good but I don’t know the food is worth the price.

I was really disappointed. The pasta was extremely dry linguine with lobster my child’s macaroni cheese really tasted like the kraft macaroni cheese from a box and the mash was extremely dry as well. The waitress even agreed the mash was made with water not enough water at thatthe waitress was nice, but not very attentive. I had to ask for my waitress three different times the place was extremely empty. It was a work week 6:30 PM i’ve been to this location. This experience what’s not pleasant.

It wasn't a bad place to go food was of and the waitress wasn't bad. It's a tough industry to be in but keep up the good work.

We had a great experience at the Danbury Red Lobster! Our waiter, Eldridge, was the best! He provided wonderful service and was so funny (kept us laughing the whole time!) He was extremely accommodating, and we will be coming back just for his service!

Christopher was very attentive to the eight of us at just the right interval of time. He was knowledgeable about the menu and helpful with suggestions. I was astonished with his memory of our various orders. He is a definite asset to Red Lobster. P.s. I am not a relative or friend of Christopher, just an appreciative customer.

Only reason for 4 stars is, price is astronomical and portions are pretty small.. charge more and give less.. however, what I normally get was as 99% of the time delicious.

Disappointed to say the least, this place has gone downhill with speed and no brakes
Food, quality and portions are horrendous. Their prices keep going up and the quality keeps going down at the same time.
I’ve given this Place numerous chances but disappointed every time.
Every time I Go here, They’re usually out of something tonight they were out of shrimp
The last time they were out of scallops the time before that I would of fish
The lobster Tales are the size of crayfish
And not the ones in Louisiana
Do yourself a favor pick another place or lower your standards and accept the rest

Food was delicious and made to exactly what we ordered and our server was very friendly and kept coming over to our table to make sure we did not need anything

Preston was very nice and helpful waiter. Good food good vibes. I got the mariners seafood boil with old bay and parm sauce sooooooo good with broccoli instead of corn (def recommend).

I got the other one with crab legs before that but the crabs legs but they were to small to really pull the meat out so save yourself the money

I think they should take the carpets out but thats all
