Last minute dinner with my husband. We shared the beet salad which was delicious, and 1 portion more than enough for 2 people. My husband had the salmon, with a specific cooking request, and the Chef got it perfect! It was delicious - he cleaned his plate. I had the sesame crusted tuna which was equally as delicious with a beautiful presentation. Matteo was an excellent, attentive and professional server and made some delicious wine recommendations. Will definitely be back!
I bring guests here all the time and it never disappoints. My wide loves their burgers. Tonight the special was a wagu steak was amazing.
A talented chef puts out a special menu every weekend that is delicious enough to make our family go almost every weekend!

My wife's birthday was December 21st and I wanted to take her to a nice place we'd never been before. The reviews were excellent and the ad stated "Award winning steak and seafood." What a disappointment! The menus are torn, stained, and ratty. The "jumbo" crab cake is not "jumbo" at all - barely "large," and it's filled with mushy fillers (breadcrumbs?). The scallops were rubbery, the lobster mac & cheese was not the greatest, because the lobster was shredded too finely, and the steak my wife had, well frankly, I've seen better steaks in places not touted to be "award winning." I invited 6 guests to share the evening, and we all had to drive almost an hour to get there, and even the ambiance was less than I expected. What a huge letdown and disappointment! The almost $500.00 I spent was definitly not worth it. I will never go back!

What a beautiful restaurant. Their menu has a wide selection sure to please all taste buds and if you’re a horse lover, this place is most definitely for you with its well placed art and decor. The view of the water across the street just adds to the open, airy and peaceful setting. Our waitress was phenomenal. Had the calamari, crabcake, New England clam chowder, beet salad, fish and chips, and scallop with couscous dishes, and it was not only plentiful, but extremely delicious as well. Highly recommend.
If we could give Rein Osteria 10 stars, we absolutely would! This gem in Fairfield County is hands-down one of our all-time favorite restaurants, and for good reason. We’ve dined here numerous times and are blown away every single visit. The menu is a masterpiece of culinary artistry—favorites like the tuna and salmon tartare are absolute perfection, and the recent addition of the Bolognese has quickly become a new obsession. The scallops? Divine. And when the lamb chops are on special, they’re nothing short of spectacular.
Chef Fernando is a true genius in the kitchen, creating dishes that are as beautiful as they are delicious. But what makes Rein Osteria truly exceptional is the incredible staff. They’re some of the best in the industry—warm, attentive, and always ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.
Rein Osteria has set the bar so high that we’ll keep coming back again and again. If you’re looking for extraordinary food, impeccable service, and a dining experience that feels both refined and welcoming, Rein Osteria is the place to be. Thank you to Chef Fernando and the whole Rein team, for consistently delivering magic!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Reinosteria, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish!
The food was absolutely fantastic. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the steak, which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Every bite was a true delight! I also tried the Brussels sprouts, and they were surprisingly delicious—crispy, flavorful, and a perfect complement to the main dish.
Our waitress, Tesa, truly made the afternoon memorable. She was an absolute gem—so cheerful and attentive, making us feel right at home. Her warm personality and excellent service added a special touch to our dining experience.
The location of Reinosteria is also worth mentioning. It has a charming atmosphere that perfectly complements the amazing food. I loved every moment spent there!
Overall, I highly recommend Reinosteria to anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming environment. I can’t wait to return and try more of their delightful offerings!
