First time having Shake Shack and it exceeded my expectations. We had it delivered through Uber Eats. It arrived quickly which I was surprised since it was Friday night. I pass this location everyday and have never stopped. It’s across from the Danbury Mall. The fries were ok. The burger was greasy and delicious, just what I needed that night. Onion rings were also good. Very crispy.

I had such a pleasant experience at this facility. When I first walked in , I was greeted by an employee with the warmest personality . The food came out great and the service was on point . The employees and even the manager walked around and asked how the meal was. It was a treat to be here , would come again 🙂

Was there yesterday blonde HAIR in my fries like it was wrapped around a few fries, so GROSS 🤮 how does hair get on French fries like that? Went to bring and tell them at the counter no I'm sorry like I don't want new fries all that batch of fries is for trash now don't service customers. You got tell your employees what the heck you doing with your hair/ hands GROSS 🤢 🤮 lost my appetite!!! Definitely didn't handle the matter right, no refund no sorry why would I want another french fry when it most likely from the same batch with hair on it.
