Never been to a shake shack, got into CT and talked my co-workers into stopping. Studied the menu and read the descriptions...two of us thought a strawberry shake ? with "...REAL strawberries..." sounded amazing. They lied. Not. One. Piece. Won't be back! You lose! Service wasn't great at that location either as other reviews have noted. There is a Duluth trading nearby...

I went for lunch and was greeted by a great staff.Ordering my food was very easy and friendly.I ordered a great cheeseburger and frys and there famous vanilla shake was excellent!My only negative, a bit pricey for the amount of food.

Horrible burgers and the fries were right out of a grocery store. Took 20 mins to get a burger. Drinks were warm and overall just bad. Don't go. Five guys is easy better.

Waited 17 minutes for two basic burgers, then the 40 minutes drive home to realize that someone decided to cram some spicy pickled peppers in both burgers, which makes them uneatable for my kids.Turned out it was my fault, I chose smokesomething at the machine and it ended up being spicy.Maybe it was shown somewhere in the description, but I didn't see it.A small bonus would have been if my burgers didn't look like someone was practicing horseshoe throwing when assembling them. Burgers that look like round things stacked on other round things, not like stairs with barely overlapping round steps.But I guess it comes with the territory

Waiting almost an hour for an order that was supposed to be ready in 10-15 mins, it wasn’t busy at all either. Cooks were laughing and joking around in the kitchen getting nothing done for minutes at a time. Wish I saw this locations poor rating earlier.

Been there 2x in the last month with friends who wanted to go there. Got cheeseburger with GF bun. The GF bun was ok, not the best but not the worst I've had. The burger itself was a bit dry so it was disappointing. I've been to the ones in NYC and no where near this Danbury one.Also got the Korean fries with cheese, it was pretty good although not spicy as advertised.On another visit I got the non dairy chocolate shake, it was chalky & not great tasting. Would not order again for sure! Was a waste of money. And the fries with cheese was pretty good but a bit overpriced in my opinion.My friend got the mini vanilla shake though and said it was really good. She also got the Korean fries which she said had a bit of kick & was good.Overall, I wouldn't be inclined to go there again unless friends I'm with want to go there. I'll definitely try regular shakes next time even though my stomach would hate me for it.The staff were pretty nice, cashier was friendly and they move pretty quickly with getting orders out without making you feel rushed. The self checkout machines were easy to use & a quick option to order.The place is pretty clean and a good amount of tables to sit at. Parking is pretty good too

Worst location of shake shack as many reviews have said… placed an online order at 12:28 and expected it to be picked up at 1pm like it says online. Then told “we don’t have your order” and after arguing with them and showing them it on my end they said “oh wait it just popped up and to give them a few minutes.” It is now after 1pm and I am still waiting for my food… I only ordered two things mind you. Staff is also clearly talking badly about customers
