What a relaxing and pleasurable location to start the day. Breakfast and lunch only. They have the favorite combination of breakfast choices that please everybody. The food was filling and fantastic. What sets them apart is it they have real grits. The owner Sonny and his wife (sorry, I forgot her name.) make the experience a must stop and eat.
First time I’ve been here and it was arguably the best breakfast I’ve had in CT. Small old school atmosphere with ginormous pancakes that were amazing. Eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly to what I asked for! Service was very friendly and made sure to keep checking even though it was fairly busy. Will definitely be making the 45 minute drive to come back here!
Great place for breakfast. Sonny comes out to chat with the customers. He cares and it shows. When we left all the tables were occupied. We ordered a variety of items and everything was very good. Portions are generous. We'll be back.
