15 minutes for one cup of coffee

One of the better Starbucks that I have been to. The staff here is seemingl6 younger than most other stores (like HS / college age) and I found this to be an advantage as they were friendly and seemed happy to work there.

I bought a cortado the gentleman at the drive thru window. Wow! Clarity & the ability to relate and Understand! Did not get his name EXCELLENT customer service! I had to drive 45 minutes for a great cup of coffee!What a worth it drive. And it is a good cup of coffee. Good thing I didn't look at the reviews..Thank you team on October 8

I walked in to get a coffee about a week ago. There was no one in line and I was looking at their menu to pick my coffee. The lady behind the counter told me in a nasty tone that I had to order at the register. I already knew this and hadn’t exchanged any words with this person so the attitude and tone were very weird…I was actually having a great day so I just let it roll. The girl behind the register was a bit nicer but everyone seemed to be off their customer service game for some reason. Got my $6 dollar coffee and left a $2 tip. “Sage” , the lady with the attitude, should check her attitude while at work when doing a job that’s customer service based. I won’t be going back

Sunny, large and friendly Starbucks location with lots of parking. Interesting view of traffic on i84, exit 6 off-ramp. Indoor & outdoor seating, and indoors there's different options from tables, to a bar area good for people alone (maybe on a laptop, there's outlets) to comfy chairs. There's two ways to get here, one is over a fun hill, the other super easy near highway off ramp. There's a drive thru in back. Music isn't too loud.

Nice Starbucks, they have a drive thru. Can get a little crowded. Use the mobile order and pick up inside if you’re in a rush. Sometimes the drive thru takes a minute. Seating inside and outside when the weather is nice.
Parking: During peak times parking can be difficult but there’s usually a few spots available.

Always order black unsweetened iced tea. I prefer it strong but recently it is like I’m paying $4 for a glass of water. Please fix this or you will be losing a customer.

Second time I’m here where they have messed up my order. First time they messed up 3 times after going through drive through and in store. Second time (today) messed up again and had to go in to complain. Too busy and under staffed. Worth taking a longer drive to new Fairfield Starbucks much better.

I don’t know if this location change policy but they won’t allow you to customize your own drink instead they will charge you for something completely different , the staff was so rude and was rushing me to leave .. never coming back here again !!! So disappointed

I’ve been coming here since the day they opened and have always customized my drinks to my liking. Tonight Nov 8th around 7:30pm I stopped by per usual to get my triple iced customized the same way I’ve been doing it for months. A gentleman was taking my order and once I said to add 3/4 of oat milk he said he can’t do that and would charge me for a latte. I told him I’ve been doing this order this way for months and never been charged as a latte. He was sooo rude and said he can’t do that with a tone. As was told that he’s going to let everyone know that they’re not allowed to take my customized order unless I’m being charged for a latte. NEVER in the X amount of years I’ve been coming here have experienced rudeness from someone. Very disappointed that my kids had to hear the way my wife and I were treated. Leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Drove to the next nearest Starbucks to get my customized order, didn’t have one issue with the way I customized it.
