I frequently visit and order a venti latte and a grande macchiato. Today for some reason, the person who took my order decided to argue with me about which cup is venti vs grande. And when I asked him to please just give me the correct order he passed me my correct sizes but completely screwed up my order. My coffee has never tasted bad from this location but today it looks like he just poured the grande into a venti cup and added more coffee so I had a very bitter experience. Very disappointed this morning.

I accidentally sent my drink to the wrong location in a mobile order this North Street location took my receipt and made the drink for me so I didn’t have to go all the way to this other location. They went above and beyond and made my day. They are extremely nice!

The staff is the sweetest kindest. Our barista Kimberly was walking us through the products and very accommodating and friendly! We tried the new olive oil coffe both iced and hot. Very yummy!! 10 out of 10! We love to come here!

This Starbucks is one of the better ones if you’re in the NY or CT area. Like all locations, at times this one can be incredibly busy, especially the drive thru. However, everything feels much more organized here. The employees are always polite and cheerful, the location isn’t as chaotic, and the inside is fairly spacious and a nice place to sit, considering this Starbucks has its own lot.Drinks are always well made here and the food is standard for the company (which we all know Starbucks as a whole needs to improve). If you’re in the area though, stop by for a cold brew. The new chocolate hazelnut cold brew is delicious. Definitely a great treat on my way to work.
