I usually love coming to this place, and always felt the customer service was impeccable. But this afternoon, a new barista was hired who was extremely rude, and unprofessional. I won't be coming back to this place ever again! I'm sorry, but you have lost a good customer. Take care of yourselves!

I come from Bronx Starbucks and this Starbucks knocks every Bronx location out of the water!! Not only do they make drinks correctly and actually SHAKE THEM, but they also greet you when you walk in whether you're there for mobile order or not. I rave about this Starbucks to everyone! Bravo!

Worst location ever! 5 baristas behind the counter yet it can take up to 8 minutes for one drink. If you’re understaffed just say that. If you can’t keep up with the demand, then hire more people. This locations always has a long wait time. Dirty floors. Not helpful or friendly staff. If you’re in a rush do not come here. If you’re looking for fast service do not come here. Garbages always over flowing.

Ordered a double espresso . What was in the cup would not even qualify as a single espresso ANYWHERE ON EARTH. Done with you Starbucks. There are many other expresso machines within a mile of here. And cheaper ie a fair deal for the now former customer.
Restaurant wasn't very clean esp the bathroom, waited 12 mins before I asked for my breakfast sandwich and they "found it* said they don't know why someone tossed it on the back counter instead of bringing to the pickup area. Nice cold breakfast sandwich.. just what I ordered ?

Honestly, I have been coming here for years even had a couple friends who worked here (they always made my drinks perfectly), the atmosphere is nice, the employees are very sweet but my drink is wrong everytime, and I've burned my tongue on my coffees a few times due to it being so hot, even though I had made my order well in advance and I wouldn't have expected it to be that hot, I will say they do always remake my drink when I tell them it's wrong, But it seems like nobody here knows how to mix a drink or make one correctly, Because literally every single time I order here at this Starbucks my order is always wrong, It's always messed up in some way or other, it's usually due to lack of flavor/sugar/Carmel syrup & drizzle, and on more than one occasion They have put milk in my coffee when I have explicitly expressed that I want almond milk, as I am allergic to milk and it causes me Stomach pain as well as gives me hives, so that is a big problem that I have as well, I think everyone there needs a lesson on mixing to learn how to properly make a drink and to double check when making things especially when they specify it to have almond milk or any other kind of dairy substitute, Also, I know that they are to make you a new drink if there's something wrong with your drink but they shouldn't. Just take the cup that they just made me, especially when I expressed that I will still drink it, they've done that to me twice now. They've taken my drink to look at the order and then just dumped it, and it's like That's fine if I said go ahead and dump it but since I didn't and I even expressed I will drink it and they still dumped it, that's not really okay because I'm literally expressing that I will still drink it, needless to say, I don't think I will be back to the Starbucks again. I will be going to the one of the mall, the one by my house or the one that's on exit 6 on 84, because honestly every time I come here it's just a waste of my time.
