Honestly, the best Starbucks in Danbury. This location on Mill Plain Road is incredibly reliable and always quick with their service. The staff is genuinely friendly, they greet you as soon as you walk in and make a point to say goodbye on your way out, which makes the whole experience feel welcoming and personal. I’ve been coming here for years, and the consistency has never changed. Great drinks, efficient service, and a team that clearly cares about their customers. Absolutely recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area!

One employee in particular, Brett, deserves a special mention—he always makes my iced latte perfectly, just the way I like it. He’s polite, quick, and always takes the time for a pleasant conversation. I also appreciate how clean and organized he keeps his station—it really shows the pride he takes in his work.
The store itself is always well-kept, with a neat and welcoming atmosphere. The art on the walls adds a nice touch, making it a must-visit spot for any coffee lover.

My order is always prepared wrong. You have to order ahead because it takes at least 15 -20 minutes for a coffee at the location. I’ve ordered grub-hub over a dozen times and 9 out of 10 times it’s not prepared properly. I’ve called and brought attention to the issue and it keeps happening. Completely frustrating.
