Staff was extremely friendly, coffee was perfect, inside has alot of seating for a typical starbucks! I have no complaints about the staff, food or decor but THE FRUIT FLIES........I sat down to write a paper and was constantly waving my hands because they were flying all around me. I thought it had to be my seat......moved to other side of room and was just as bad. Had to leave, I couldnt get any work done and I usually can ignore alot. Not here to hate, please take care of that. Use the sticky things that fall from the ceiling for alittle!! Can't be fun for employees and youll have a bigger problem when it lands in food.

I recently have been stopping here at Starbucks for the past 2 months to grab a coffee and something to eat. Everything is really good but recently the fruit fly population has grown exponentially. Not sure if cleanliness has change but I’ll have to take a break coming here and hopefully when I return in a few months the fruit fly population issue is cleared.

I am a former Federal Rd customer displaced after their closer. This store has made us feel welcome from the start of coming here. I am a picky person, but my drink is always made correctly and I go every day. Food is alawys hot. Staff is always helpful and know me by name. Considering how busy they are, store is always clean and put together.

I would just like to say thank you so much to the nice ladies working the window today. I had trouble getting a coupon to work on my app.They helped me out and were very kind, even comping my coffee because they couldn’t get the coupon to pull up. The coffee was perfect by the way, and the service was very fast. Would definitely recommend this Starbucks. Thank you ladies for making my day! 😃

I love this Starbucks! Sarah and Holly are always very helpful and accommodating. It's always a pleasure to get my morning coffee here. It's a pleasant atmosphere in here and there is a good reason why this particular Starbucks is so popular. I look forward to dropping by again soon!

We just stopped here for a quick bathroom and drink break on a road trip. One of our drinks tasted off, and when we approached the employees about it they responded with such respect. They were happy to remake our drink, and they even went as far as giving a giftcard for our next drink! I have never seen such great costumer service at a Starbucks. I wish I had got this women’s name, as well as the other women who remade our drink. It really makes a difference to have great costumer service! They were busy, and still went above and beyond! Despite another costumer who seemed angry, they handled it with such ease. Thank you! 💚

today,When I was ordering, they just kept chatting among themselves, even ignoring me twice, and skipped the usual step of asking for my name.

I went today to grab a spicy falafel pocket. When I got home and I took one bite, I noticed it was chicken and not the falafel pocket. I’m a vegetarian(since I was born). I reached out to the store, and they said ‘ok we can’t do anything. You can come back and we can make the falafel pocket for you’ .. They even said, ‘ok there’s nothing I can do, come back before 9 if you want it’ I asked to be xferred
To a supervisor and it was the same answer. No sorry, or anything. And no I cant drive back 10 minutes to get my falafel pocket back which was YOUR mistake. Very disappointing situation, bad customer service.Do better Starbucks!! We all make mistakes, but this is totally unacceptable! Also, learn to own up to your own mistakes and take accountability!

if i could give this place 0 stars i would, manager does nothing but roam around and sit in the lobby while he is understaffed and forcing 17 year okds to cover his place without training, while customers start to get mad he still is roaming around helpless and the store deserves a better manager and the baristas work hard and are always positive even though they look miserable

I'm really not sure what happened but this place really really is horrible now every single time I get a coffee it is usually long enough for my hot coffee to be lukewarm coffee.

The restaurant was so dirty. The bathroom was worse. The service was slow and disjointed. I recieved my banana nut bread, and 5 minutes later, my coffee, which was not made the way I ordered. I don't frequent Starbucks, and after this experience, I won't be back at all.
