drinks are good. the staff seem to act bothered by having to make orders, obnoxiously rolling their eyes at tickets that come in. doesn’t make you feel very welcome or appreciated. not a very good look customer service wise, especially when it’s busy and the staff is just taking their time and chatting while there is a large group waiting for their drinks with plenty of staff

My last straw with this Starbucks- so rude. I work in the mall and like a fool pay 6.00 everyday for an iced coffee and they are so snarky when I ask for a cup of ice one day to add to my now room temp iced coffee leftovers. I am not going here anymore.

The woman working at the pickup counter (she had braids, silver hoop earrings, and visible tattoos) responded with a lot of attitude, saying, “We’re not supposed to put that much milk.” I offered to pay for the extra milk, trying to be understanding, but she repeated, again with an attitude, that she didn’t care and would add it, but “we’re not supposed to put that much.”

I then asked her what I should do in the future, and she told me, again with attitude, “Order a latte.” I didn’t feel the need to explain my health situation, but I can’t have espresso, which is why I ordered an iced coffee in the first place. I just prefer my coffee on the lighter side, and I didn’t think this small request would turn into such an issue.

To make matters worse, after our conversation, she started talking about me to her coworker right in front of me, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.

I understand store policies, but the way this situation was handled felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I hope management addresses how customer concerns are handled going forward.

Overall everything’ was great. However what seemed like the lead manager was not. The name tag was not clear but her name looked like the name “ Autumn” she was very rude and disrespectful and she ruined my entire experience. I had to leave and ended up not waiting for my stuff. She was way too disrespectful. She has black hair with lots of faded highlights in a slick back bun also I She was pretty tall.

Place looks beautiful but at 515 on Sunday i went in for a coffee and to sit down abd girk was putting all chairs up and told ne shes cleaning up . Saw i was ordering wanted to sit and still put chairs up s Ivrd mobster
could not sit. Really rude.

Service is horrible in here . Anjum was working at the register and I asked for just a venti water and I’m in a rush since I need to get to my kids. The person in front was taking a bit of time so I just said to her I just wanted a water real quick, real simple I won’t take anyone’s time. She rudely interrupts and says you need to wait. So I wait when I get to my turn, in a very ignorant tone she says “just a water I got it” and I asked for a venti they gave me a grande she didn’t even let the baristas know. Look it’s just a water and I had to wait 20 minutes. Amazing how they give an attitude even when you are just trying to get your kids a water. Learn some manners.
