I stopped by Starbucks this week and had a great experience. Rachel took my order and she was so friendly and patient, even though it was so busy. I appreciated how the workers here make sure your drink is how you like it, and recommend drinks you may end up liking. It’s little things like that that make me want to come back. Although they get busy and packed.
Having previously been a mall employee for several years, I’ve seen many iterations of the Starbucks at Danbury Fair. While I love the change from “coffee stand” to “physical store,” both the size and staffing of this location make its atmosphere and service fall short.Located on the upper level, the store is honestly smaller than most stand-alone Starbucks. While seating is provided here, I think the idea was that most people would mobile order and be on their way....
