I had a horrible experience at subway in the Danbury fair mall the lady work they yell at for ask the prices on a foot long . I leave left subway and I gotcha something else.

I got a Flatbread. Lady added a $2.25 tip for herself and when I looked at the receipt I questioned her on it and she started smiling as if she was caught out!! Just pure cheekyness

You can go to a fancy restaurant and still spend less than you will spend at this subway. Expect to pay about $20 a person. The staff is nice, but the prices are too high.

Disappointed that I just spent $50 in sandwiches only to be told they couldn’t give me a simple cup of ice with water from the tap! In addition to that, my two six inch sandwiches looked HORRIBLE (I ordered online, so I wasn’t standing there when it was made) they ended up adding veggies that weren’t asked for, and the Mayo that was asked for they ignored. Let’s not forget that one of the sandwiches was a BMT… which should have had pepperoni, salami and ham… yet there was no ham on it. I went to go back and say something and the workers were in the back and didn’t come out the entire time I was standing there.Needless to say I’m not happy and won’t be returning.

Terrible service at this Subway location in the mall. Woman was so rude to me. Saying Ay, Dios Mio while waiting on me. I would never go here again. Love Subway but this one is a no go!

I just ordered this it’s so bad oh my God. I got a 6 inch and I couldn’t finish it due to how disgusting it tasted. I had to spit it out. The flavor remains in my mouth and it serves as a constant reminder of my poor decision to eat at this “establishment”. Please save yourself and never ever dine at this horrid place. God save us all.

Want in on 4/6/22 Dealt with the owner and had three coupons one for foot-long for 599 one for 6 inch sub for 349 and a coupon for free cookie got the Baja bacon chicken sandwich try using the 599 coupon owner looked at me and was like you do realize this sandwich is 1079 we used it before with the owner never had issue for whatever reason seem to have an issue this time it have been a long time customer for this location probably will not be back if you’re not going to accept the corporate coupons at least post it by the register and down by where you order don’t complain about sandwich About amount while taking the coupon if you don’t want to take the coupons put something up Saying you do not except coupons don’t complain about the cost of the sub then take the coupon

As KS below stated, I went to this subway today and had the exact same experience. The woman refused to wear a mask as she was handling food (gross), so I asked for someone else to make my sandwich, which she obliged. Will never come here again.

If I could give 0 stars I would...agree with all of the other 1 star reviews, which emulate the exact same experience-with the older lady with short brown hair. I was not greeted until the lady got off of her phone. She did not want to help me, and DID NOT WEAR HER MASK, which is REQUIRED. When asked about a promotion, she dismissed me-and never provided me my receipt. I need it to provide feedback to corporate-so guess she knew that. I attempted to call and she answered and hung up on me. I asked if I could leave a message for the manager who is not in today to voice my frustration, and she hung up on me again. How is this acceptable? NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECTED BY A REPRESENTATIVE IN MY LIFE.

Never had an issue really here but this time the older lady with the short light brown hair was extremely rude and didn’t want to take any orders while she stood by the door taking to her co worker. I asked her if they were taking orders cause there was a girl with her little brother waiting and my nephew and she comes over and says ya so I tell her ok the girl is first and when I finally get the sandwich for my nephew she gives me the sandwich and doesn’t give me my receipt so I ask for it and I have my hand out and she throws it on the counter. Now I work in retail and deal with all types of customers but if you can’t handle it then leave. And she shouldn’t be working there.
