Quiet, nice and clean. There wasn’t many people, nor staff and the wait time for the food was relatively normal, good considering the few staff working there. Tables were maintained and so was the bathroom. Only real complain that I have is the faucet in the bathroom, I have no idea how to turn it off, and was relatively confused for a good 30 seconds.

I just feel like 5 stars should be something truly special, and this is still one of the nicest Taco Bell I ever been too. And you know what? This location suffered a really bad fire some number of months or years ago. The restoration was very well done 👍🏽

I just went in today September 4th right before 5:00 p.m. I saw an employee use the bathroom took their time in there and didn't wash their hands absolutely disgusting.

The absolute worst customer service ever! The only Taco Bell I have ever been to that makes you go through the drive through for every order you have. So 3 people in one car has to go three times. If other people are waiting you have to wait behind them all every time and they close the order pick up before 12 in store so they force you to pick up in the drive thru even though we got there before 12 we were not allowed to just grab the orders in the store. Not only that but the person in the window is the nastiest most condescending server to ever traipse this earth. Smarmy nasty attitude like their better than everyone else. Disdainful. Disgusting. As a paying customer I don't understand why it should take me 20 minutes to pick up 3 orders. I have been to Taco Bell's in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Florida Virginia. You name it and I have never ever been told that I had to drive around multiple times to pick up my orders. It is an absolutely ridiculous policy. Get with it. If I could give you -5 Stars I would. It's a shame because the food is decent for what it is and you are 5 minutes from me. I won't come back again. I'll drive to a different franchise without ridiculous rules that the district manager apparently enforces only in one store.

Come here and ordered dinner for my family. Over 60$ worth of food. I forgot a SAUCE so I had to place a second order for ONLY a container of nacho cheese sauce. Took almost 20 minutes of waiting for this single item. By the time I finally got it, the rest of my family was done eating and we needed to leave! This place is getting worse and worse everytime I come here! Last week, we were told all orders will be a MINIMUM of a 30 minute wait due to filling uber eats and door dash orders! You would assume that customers standing there waiting have priority?? I guess not. All those orders were filled FIRST and half of them remained on the rack long after we finally got our food and ate! I guess the fast food industry is getting worse and worse by the minute! Good thing we don’t eat out very often!
This place gave me food poisoning. The kids working there have no idea what cross contamination or proper sanitation looks like. Maybe the managers lack proper training? This was not once either, this happened several times at this location over the course of years. I been around since that place opened, and they fell off hard. I'm surprised they're even still open.

I just can’t visit this, or probably any, Taco Bell any more..
Today was the second time that, because I didn’t have great service and my Mobil order didn’t go through right away, that I had to go sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes after I just waited in the drive thru line to have to go around again..
She could have asked me to come inside maybe. But to think I’m going to just go sit in the parking lot and then sit in the line again is just not okay. I know it doesn’t take 10 minutes for the orders to go through. My ride to work has no service and I have this problem often. But as soon as I hear the Taco Bell notification, I pull up to the window and they always have the order. It has never taken 10 minutes. After I heard the bell, she still claimed that it would take 10 minutes. Don’t lie to my face.
They must have made up an arbitrary rule that you can’t place orders while you’re in the drive thru.. and anyone that does gets a 10 minute sit in the parking lot penalty?
Won’t be going to this location, or probably any Taco Bell anymore. Should be eating way better food anyway

I used the drive-thru. It moved very quickly. Although I ordered a beverage during 'Happy Hour's I was charged the full price. When I mentioned it, the mistake was corrected.
My friend ordered too much for lunch at work. He offered me a free burrito. Who am I to turn down free food? It was still warm after being delivered and sitting for 15 minutes. It’s been a while since I had Taco Bell. It tasted really good and the tortilla was crispy. I might have to give Taco Bell another chance.
