My wife and I had the absolute privilege of celebrating our wedding at The Amber Room Colonnade this past summer, and I can honestly say it was the best decision we could have made. From the very first day we booked—almost two years before our wedding date—right through the wedding day itself (and even afterward), the Amber Room team was there for us every single step of the way.

The communication and professionalism from Melissa, Ashley, Doug, and the entire staff were nothing short of exceptional. Every question we had was answered promptly, every concern was handled with care, and their guidance gave us the confidence to truly enjoy our engagement and wedding planning process. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but with the Amber Room behind us, it never felt that way.

What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared about us as a couple. They worked with us tirelessly to make sure everything was taken care of, down to the smallest details, so that on the day of the wedding we could simply be present and enjoy ourselves. And we truly did — everything flowed seamlessly, the service was impeccable, and we felt completely taken care of from start to finish.

We had our ceremony & wedding reception here recently in July and it was absolutely perfect! Melissa and Gina were amazing, organized, kind, and made the entire process stress-free. As a bride, it means everything to have a team that’s on top of every detail, and they truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend the Amber Room!

We hosted a party at the Amber Room in July with approximately 200 guests. Melissa and her team were very accommodating and met with us multiple times to make sure the party was seamless. The Amber Hall itself is beautifully decorated both inside and outside. We were able to decorate the hall for our party in advance with the support of the staff. They also provided us with some items for our centerpieces. During the event they provided us with anything we needed or asked for. We couldn't have asked for a better venue as well as the Amber Room crew. A BIG THANK YOU to Melissa and to her supporting staff for making our party an unforgettable experience.

Having our wedding at the Amber Room was the greatest decision we made regarding the wedding! We had our wedding in the middle of June and the venue had a magical atmosphere with all the summer foliage in bloom. The food was impeccable (guests were raving about it weeks later) and the staff were courteous, efficient, and professional.

Furthermore, words cannot describe how accommodating Katie was as our planner. We had a couple of major mishaps the last couple of weeks of the wedding (including our hairstylist cancelling and our hotel telling us a week before that the bridal suite was no longer available due to construction), and Katie was able to find room and remedy all of our unavoidable roadblocks.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s Sweet 16 at the Amber Room, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, the venue was absolutely beautiful and incredibly accommodating, creating the perfect setting for such a special occasion.

Ashley, the banquet manager, was outstanding. She stayed throughout the entire evening, making sure everything ran smoothly. She had an amazing attention to detail, even keeping an eye on late-arriving guests and handling last-minute seating changes seamlessly. Her presence gave us so much peace of mind.

Melissa was an absolute pleasure to work with during the planning process. She made everything easy and stress-free, and her sweet and patient demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable.

The entire evening felt truly dreamy, with an incredible atmosphere that our guests are still raving about. On top of that, the food was absolutely delicious — every dish was a hit!

Thank you to everyone at the Amber Room for doing such a beautiful job. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a memorable, worry-free event.

Ourselves and our guests were in awe with the Amber Room Colonnade the day of the wedding! Cocktail hour was in the West Court and was filled with an abundance of buffet style food and beautifully decorated as our hired live band filled the air with its musical ambiance. As you entered into the hallway connecting to the Bridal Suite and Ballroom. The staff beautifully set up our Welcome/Seating sign along with our LED Marquee Letters and Guest Book. Entering the West Ballroom, for Sandy & I it was truly what we envisioned and more. The table & lighting arrangements, their collaboration with our florist and DJ was a beautiful and magical sight, that filled my wife's and I's heart with joy. Our guests, after the reception ended, happily shared with us their wonderful experience from the visuals, to how DELICIOUS the food was (Salmon & Steak Entrees) and Carrot Cake, including the drinks! My Wife (Pastry Chef) & I our both foodies and let me tell you they exceeded our expectations! The Amber Room also gave our guests take-away containers for those that got full and couldn't finish their entrees! awesome little detail! Again Thank you EVERYONE !! :) [leading up to our special day & special thank you's] While venue scouting, the Amber Room, I told my then fiance as we walked to our car after our meeting "Baby I feel this is it." She replied "Me too." Doug P. (GM) warm heartedly greeted us. He was genuine, very open and clear of the financials + planning process. He showed us the grounds, the ballroom layout, the cocktail space, the bridal suite. There was this unexplainable magical feeling and we just knew the Amber Room was our place to celebrate our wedding. Doug helped us pick a package and was flexible in customizing it. He was caring and attentive to answer any questions and concerns that we had from start to finish. We felt so very welcomed at the Amber Room and as our interactions continued the times when we would meet with Doug we gave each other good bye hugs. Thank You Doug for making our wedding planning seamless and our Wedding Night Magical as well for being present the day of ! We met with Gina (Banquet Manager) a little over a week before our wedding with Doug and he caught her up to speed with our all details, as she was our assigned coordinator. Gina was Super attentive to the details and decor, aswell very efficient with our Timeline of the Day. Gina ensured our night was going smoothly and checked in with us routinely through out the night if we needed anything. Thank you Gina for help on our Wedding night. Thank you Patty for being our assigned server and your help throughout the night. My wife was very grateful in your help in assisting in fixing the buttons on her dress and your attentiveness throughout the night including notifying Doug & Gina if we could print a speech, as the MOH forgot to print her speech and the team was able to get it printed for us.

This past weekend we had our daughter's sweet sixteen party at the Amber Room. We worked with Melissa for all the planning & she was amazing...very responsive & willing to work with us on whatever we asked. Our banquet manager was Ashley. She was fantastic! She was SO attentive & helped tremendously the night of the party. We had an absolute BLAST! Food was great! Everything was amazing & went off without a hitch!

INCREDIBLE! We could not have imagined a better wedding ceremony, reception and venue, it all was perfection! From the food and drinks, to the space and views, to the management and staff, all was amazing. Just wanted to give a few special shout outs... Doug the owner was super nice and welcoming from the day that we met. Katie our manager who worked with us from day one that was unbelievably helpful with each and every step, leading us to the correct decisions and guiding us to an unforgettable day. Gina, Patty and their team who coordinated our wedding the day of were so sweet and willing to help take care of anything and everything, making our special day so easy to enjoy. The chef, baker and bartenders who created our cocktail hour food and drink as well as our entrees and wedding cake, they all were spectacular. Words can't express how much we love the entire Amber Room staff. The venue is gorgeous inside and out so you will get wonderful photos/videos to capture every awesome moment so that you can savor your memories. In love with this place and highly recommend so book for yourselves now!
