My aunt is a wheel chair bound special ed. teacher who was in town for a 60th anniversary celebration. The accessibility room she was given had NO ROLL SHOWER OR BATHROOM BARS! Thats a federal violation to advertise that room as ADA. They offered to make her to a room on the second floor.
My aunt asked: “in case of emergency (when the elevator isn't working) do you have a plan to evacuate me from the second floor.” THE HOTEL SAID NO!

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the friendly employees. The beds are hard as rocks. The pillows are so squishy and old they’re pointless. The fridge in my room didn’t work. The thermostat in the room didn’t work - making the room colder than the fridge. I requested a room away from elevator and ice machine and got a room right off the elevator across the hall from the ice machine. Seems about right.

Complimentary coffee in the lobby but you have to buy the cup!! Also, one of the beds in our room is broken ! I’ve stayed at less expensive hotels and not only got complimentary coffee but breakfast too! How cheap can you be???
