Never got to try the food. The attendant forgot about my order and when I asked about my order, he gave me attitude and said it would be another 20 minutes. I tried ordering a toasted bagel. Unbelievable!

Extraordinary comfort in a beautifully renovated, peacefully-sited property. Silvia and Jennifer were both very helpful and provided terrific service when requests were made on-site, or questions required answers from the road per Bonvoy. We will return.

We had the unfortunate circumstances of a family illness and ultimate passing which brought us to Danbury. There were a lot of us and we made 2 different trips and have several requests including handicapped accommodations and late check outs. The hotel staff were amazing! Brianna, Silvia and Jennifer went above and beyond and we’re not only professionals but showed kindness as were empathetic to our situation

I have two words: Silvia and Jennifer. These women greeted me at the desk after a very long drive and it felt like a bit of home. I was early so waited a short bit and they offered water and good company. Room was fine and the cafe outstanding as always. Love a Courtyard cafe! I seek out Marriott Courtyard when I travel for that reason. Not every hotel will have a Silvia or Jennifer but will have a cafe!

What a wonderful property! The staff was exceptional. Housekeeping was top notch. A great big thank you to Silvia for all her assistance and genuine care during our stay and a shout out to her colleague, Marcelo as well. Thank you for a great stay!

This is an excellent recently renovated hotel. Great for business. Close to lots of restaurants (walking distance). The main thing that makes it great though is its amazing staff! They are all so friendly and welcoming and helpful. Most recently I flew in on a red eye from San Diego and got to the hotel at 0830. I asked whether my room was ready so I could get showered, changed etc and although they did not have a room, Silvia and the housekeeping team turned one round in 20 minutes for me which was a life saver. Thank you!

Newly renovated property. Great design choices from the lobby to the guest rooms. Back patio with gas fire pit. Trendy and comfortable lobby seating with room to gather or use as an office on the road. Lobby cafe offered good convenient options for breakfast and dinner and sold Starbucks coffee. We loved the fruit and yogurt parfaits. Indoor pool. Nicely equipped fitness facility with windows. Accommodating front desk staff supplied us with extra bedding to make the pull out sofa in the king room comfortable. One downside is bathroom sink outside of bathroom. Makes it difficult for one to get ready in morning while others sleep. Shower was large with great shower head and mounted shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

My aunt is a wheel chair bound special ed. teacher who was in town for a 60th anniversary celebration. The accessibility room she was given had NO ROLL SHOWER OR BATHROOM BARS! Thats a federal violation to advertise that room as ADA. They offered to make her to a room on the second floor. My aunt asked: “in case of emergency (when the elevator isn't working) do you have a plan to evacuate me from the second floor.” THE HOTEL SAID NO! Another federal violation! Yes, we’ll be making a stink about this to all the proper agencies because disabled rights are always overlooked. Good thing we have the connections after my aunts 30 YEARS of teaching!

Nice clean hotel, great location, excellent staff - very accommodating, especially Silvia and Jennifer at Front Desk. Stayed here so I could visit my cousins in nearby Bethel. Thank you for a great experience.

What a pleasant surprise! We moved over to this hotel at midnight after abandoning our first hotel attempt. The renovations are great - and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is incredibly clean. There is a nice coffee bar in the spacious lobby. And now for the staff. It’s midnight and I’m always prepared for the less-than-remarkable crew at any front desk. Jalyn and Anthony who were on point when we arrived, were calm, attentive and friendly. Not something I encounter much anymore. This hotel is further from my business location - but it will likely become my new go-to.

From the moment we entered the lobby, I felt special. The front desk staff, especially Silvia was so friendly & hospitality was amazing. They even had all hands on deck searching for a mending kit so I can get a safety pin. I loved this hotel and would gladly return if I am ever back in the area.

The property had most recently, in the last few days, undergone renovations. The rooms were sleek and modern. The young ladies at the front desk, including Silvia and Jennifer couldn’t do enough. From suggesting the most wonderful restaurants to actually finding a local flower shop for me. Top shelf.

This hotel is newly renovated and has spacious rooms. It is in an ideal location, with several retail chain stores and restaurants nearby (walk to Starbucks across the street) plus easy access to Interstate 84. Breakfast wasn't free (the only negative) but the AM and PM meals at their grill were excellent and they were happy to accommodate our special needs. I connected to my office to work every day from my room and had plenty of desk space for two large monitors; I up/download large files and the free WiFi was excellent. the pool is small and square but younger kids had fun, and the exercise room has new equipment and open long hours and used by us daily. Services for disabled were state of the art, with wide doors, doorbells for hearing impaired, and wheelchair accessible. (I was there with a family of 4 (2 teens) , in adjoining rooms for a few days. ) But best of all is the staff whom I have to callout by name because they remembered us by name, were responsive and very friendly, took care of every need and were genuinely sorry to see us leave: Brianna, Jennifer, Jonathan, Marcello, Silvia and Anthony (in housekeeping), the two grill cooks and Chief Engineer too.
