Very enjoyable experience dining at the Cheesecake Factory recently. It was a pleasant atmosphere and experience overall. I did not have to wait long for a table and the food arrived quickly after placing my order. The server was attentive and considerate. I look forward to dining here again soon!

Nice busy but cozy place to dine in. So many cheesecakes to choose from and they're all delicious. Food is always good as usual.

The place is very pleasant, spacious, and well-decorated. The menu offers a ton of options. I think the bread and desserts are the place's strong points. This time, my companion and I ordered two salads, and they were quite disappointing. Too many low-quality greens mixed with packaged toppings. Not fresh and lacking in flavor. In my case, the chicken on the side was very low in protein and lacked flavor. In short, I would return, but I would definitely choose entrees with more protein and better presentation.

I was a huge cheesecake factory fan in my earlier years however now I dont frequent the establishment as often as before. I have one main reason, the food. It all sounds grand and inviting with a lengthy menu that has something for everyone. However, trading quality of food for convenience and endless options. . . I can't say I love the outcome. I do not enjoy a meal that I can tell has been inside a commercial grade microwave from its appearance and taste. Dessert is dessert, sugary and delicious but as society moves through the years, these cakes are simply too high in calories and sugar for no good reason. It's a no for me. The service is normally pleasant so I have zero complaints in that department. I do however grow tired of the dated look of the cheesecake factory. I believe a simple change to color scheme and seating would make the establishment attract more customers.

This cheesecake factory is the best around, much better than the one in new york. Our server was Kyle and man was he personable! He was so funny and nice. He never missed a beat and was so sweet to my family. I had the fourcheese pasta with chicken, while the chicken was lacking, the pasta was so delicious it made up for it! And our apps were fantastic as well. Would go back and ask for Kyle!

This was the most horrible CCF I have ever eaten at. The service was terrible and food was inedible. Ordered the bang bang shrimp and the rice was not cooked it actually had a crunch to it. What was the worst part both the waiter and the manager could not care less!!! Awful service awful food - stay away!

Took 10 minutes for us to get our drink order then another 30 minutes to get our food order. Food came out overcooked and dry and by the time we got our food we just wanted to leave. It wasn't even busy. The table next to us complained it took a long time to get their check and even longer to get their credit card processed. Never going back

Cheesecake factory used to be top notch back in the days.
We stopped by this particular area, it was a complete disappointment.
Food quality was horrible but the worst part is that the rest rooms were nasty!
How do employees wash their hands?
Gross!
I got sick the next day and had the worst upset stomach.

Have been at this restaurant and other Cheesecake restaurants before, and this is the first time we felt discriminated by the manager as it seems she applied pet policy at discretion. As usual, brought our service dog in a stroller, the host seated removed one chair to put the stroller in place. Then the lady manager showed up, and in a not nice, tone told us that we needed to put our dog under the table. We indicated we have been many times in the restaurant and this is the first time we had a problem. Without a reasonable explanation on why before was not a problem, we left, and went to a nearby dinner without issues.
On the #3 food rating, portion are smaller and prices higher, not a nice combo.
On the #2 atmosphere rating, the restaurant larger better bathrooms, as many times are crowded.
