We ordered fried Mac and cheese ( Mac and Cheese balls) and avocado egg rolls. The food was great, but I would like some little more marinara sauce with fried Mac and cheese for sure. As we were just 2, the table they provided us were really small. To begin with the food, they also provided us with complimentary bread and butter. Came here on Saturday for a late lunch. The mall and restaurant were packed with several parties waiting. To our surprise we were seated within minutes! We had complimentary bread and the crab dip as an appetizer and for lunch we shared the Cuban sandwich, Chicken Bacon & Avocado club, fries and caesar salad. Everything was hot and delicious and the wait was not long despite the crowd. Our waiter was Kyle and he was very friendly and attentive. The only thing that's a bit annoying is that the tables where we sat {in front of the bar} I felt are a bit close together and it is already so loud due to the restaurant being packed, it was hard to hear the company you are dining with.

Drove an hour to have some cheesecake. As we entered we were instructed by the employee to order at the front and sit down at the high chairs. As we did, we were told by other waiters that we weren’t able to do that, we had to order through THEM instead.At that point we already had purchased everything to which we decided to just eat and be on our way.The manager, Rob McFarland approached us to tell us we could not sit down as we were eating in front of my family after driving one hour for it.Instead of de-escalating the situation, Rob Mcfarland kept on going refusing to be understanding that it wasn’t our fault, being uncomfortably close to me as my family watched nervously.At that point, we decided to leave but before we left I just wanted to confirm with the initial employee that it wasn’t our fault. She called Mr. Mcfarland which he then proceeded to tell me to leave the restaurant.We understood there was a misunderstanding. We spent our money, were eating and would be on our way. We did not want any problems.We were made to be uncomfortable and quite disgusted at that situation. The manager Rob McFarland does not have people skills and does not know how to just calm the situation. He spoke like a robot and made us very uncomfortable. He was more worried for the waitress getting a tip at the table rather than letting a family enjoy their cheesecake they spent $40 for two slices btw!!!!Never again we will spend our money at any Cheesecake Factory ever again.

Look for the picture of the glass of water that was given to one of us at the cheesecake factory, disgusting!!! How do you miss putting a dirty cup on the table? Walking out the manager of yelling at a server and had her in tears. Doesn’t matter what she did, do that in the office. Food was not that good either. I won’t go back. At least our server was fun!!
Food was cold and too expensive for the 4 tiny pieces of meat. Brown rice was not well cooked and with cold rice balls that looked like oatmeal. Also, had to wait too much time for the food service. Underneath of tables very dirty with ketchup, napkins and all kind of trash. Was seated in a very uncomfortable area which literally I could bump head to head with people next to me! Not worth the 100 dollars that I paid! Stretch the 100 bucks!! Will never return!!
