After living in the area for a few years we finally made it to Lakeside Pub and we are very happy that we did. We’ve been back a few times and always enjoy the atmosphere, the great food and wonderful staff.
Most notably, this past Tuesday 8/31 when it was pretty busy with just 1 bartender to manage all of the customers like a well oiled machine. She was super attentive and always smiling.
The food was awesome and fresh, beer was cold and there was a great selection.
I’m already thinking about the clams casino and the house wings for our next visit.
My only regret is that we haven’t been here sooner.

The four of us ordered each something different including steamed clams, fish and sweet potato chips, and 2 salads with chicken or shrimp. Everybody was very happy! I had the fish and chips: the fish seemed fresh, not the usual dry, overly crusted fish you often get. This was moist and tasted excellent! And the sweet potato chips were very tasty, cooked perfectly and not greasy. My wife liked her shrimps but wasn't fully happy with the salad greens which she thought were a bit old. Our friends were definitely happy.
