I just wanted to express my dissatisfaction at your restaurant tonight. It was three of us total, and we were never told that gratuity was included. There should be signs posted where we could clearly and easily see them and we also should’ve been told because as you know, this is not normal. Gratuity should only be included for parties of six of more or in a very high resort vacation area, which is not Danbury.
