CHECK your order before you leave! Ordered a chili cheese dog that came with no chili and wrong type of cheese. Also had an order of fries and tots, both of which were supposed to come with a side of ranch but we were only given one ranch cup.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, bacon cheese fries, and a brownie shake on DoorDash. I had never had Wayback before and it was fine. The burger was very average, the fries were ok, the cheese sauce was a bit watery and flavorless and the bacon didn’t add much. I would have preferred just regular fries. The shake was also fine, though there weren’t any brownie bits like i was expecting. It was basically just a chocolate shake with a singular small brownie in it. Was DEFINITELY not worth the DoorDash price, but in store I would be more forgiving.
pay your employees stop making them beg for tips. you have no waitresses I will never tip your ppl bc you are too cheap to pay them a proper wage. ON TOP OF THAT: The bun was stale, the chicken was bland and used old meat.

Wayback burgers is such a great place for burgers and lots of other fast food options! The place is casual, friendly, and has many options it's a great spot for a casual meal. However I was disappointed in the customer service. The workers were rude to me when I told them that I did not get what I ordered but besides that it's a great burger place!?????
