Delicious burger, cheese fries, and philly cheesesteak. I went on a Saturday night before going to the movies and it was perfect as there was no wait. There was also a friendly guy at the register who assisted me.

While I enjoyed the burgers, fries and great atmosphere, the tipping structure felt a bit steep. It was uncomfortable to be prompted with 15%, 18%, and 20% options. This was compounded by an unexpected $0.60 charge for hot sauce after my payment, which felt like an unnecessary add-on. I believe a 10% tipping cap would be more reasonable and transparent.

I come from NY and stop in whenever I’m in the area. The food is great. Kevin’s customer service is excellent and the store is very clean. This location has never disappointed us.
