sounds like ur customer service isn't as good as you think it is because I'm not your upset Dunkin person. But I did have a very negative and rude conversation with one of your employees. I recommend further customer service training.
They have flood lights and light my house up every morning at 5 am. Owner said he would fix the light that was back in May. Has done nothing. On again such a nasty owner, I guess it's time to get corporate involved and the cops as this is against the law and 3 months to fix it has been plenty of time especially when Bill said it was against the law (light trespass). Also said corporate didn't want the light. Such a nasty business owner. Not sure why he refuses to call his electrician...read full review
