sadly my first time,but Pasta not that good pizza ? I've never seen a restaurant so rough on someone's debit card b4... my fiance got his custom Cash card back and a chunk was broken off the card... he had to pay a fee to order another since it was a custom signed and decorated card.. next time Guess I'll order ?..
Absolutely wonderful! Valerie is the most amazing worker, she cares so much about the enjoyment the customers and always puts a smile on our face. The food was delicious and the service was 110%
I’m very pleased/satisfied with the service my family received last week at Bertucci’s. My brother had his reception there and ended up also having his ceremony there due to the rain. From start to finish, all of the food was very delicious, no one had any complaints. Only slight criticism is that although the wait staff were very kind and attentive, there were a couple of times where we had to get their attention or find one if we needed something.
