Chip city all the way! I’ve been coming to Chip since their first location opened in Queens and since moving north it has been so long since I had it. I took a chance to see if they had the Rainbow cookie on the menu today and they did! Omg it tastes exactly like I remember although the size looks smaller and the cost way higher, it is what it is I don’t have these often clearly.
