You don't get to say Black Lives Matter as an empty statement. You have to mean it. You have to extend health care and sick leave to your employees. You have to pay a living wage. If you treat your Black employees without dignity, proper pay, or basic safety, you show that their lives do not matter to you. You are placing profits above people and we will hold you accountable for it.
Your workers must have access to Covid-19 testing. They must have paid sick leave if and when they get sick. All workers should have masks and whatever else is needed to keep them and the general public healthy.
