I would like to do a special shout-out and big thank you to Chris Zahlman for going out of his way in finding the owner of a jacket left behind in the Darien Starbucks. The coat was ready to be retrieved in the lost and found the next morning. A very special and outstanding employee.

Starbucks Coffee Company receives very good customer service. The location is extremely clean but busy during coffee rush hour. The staff are wonderful, friendly, attentive, efficient, and a pleasure. They provide a warm welcome and have a positive attitude. Drinks, including tea, and food are great, tasty, accurate, and made perfectly. Service is quick with no wait inside. Customers will definitely come again.
