We live in the neighborhood and were huge supporters especially for the pizza, ordering it from the restaurant 1-2x per week. However after we dined in last night both kids and an adult got suspected food poisoning, throwing up 6x through out the day and caused us to cancel our long weekend trip, causing a large loss. When called the owner said no one else called so as a result he is not taking responsibility or sounding apologetic. While there might be other reasons for this I would have appreciated more sympathy and a better attitude.

This is a very authentic Italian restaurant in town. They have a great selection of wines and traditional Italian dishes like salads, baked eggplant, and pasta with chicken or beef. There is a bar area and a sit-down dining area for larger parties.

Almost 5 star, almost! I don't give away 5 star very often so dont take that as a negative. Fantastic restaurant. Prices were moderate. Food was very good. Service was impeccable.
Fresh bread and a small relish tray were brought to the table. I love olives so was very happy to see the tray. Given I don't live on a coast, I often look for seafood when i travel. They had Angry-Lobster on the menu. It did not dissapoint. Very sweet lobster, healthy portions, well prepared.
Laid back atmosphere and easy to have a conversation. Will eat here again when in the area. Great choice for dinner!

Good quality pizza. Sauce ok. Crust was fire created and had extra black on it from flame. Staff were friendly! Casual atmosphere! Small pizza is shareable!
Visited Papa Joe’s based on a friend’s recommendation. The food and services were superb. We were served by Michelle who was excellent and checked in on us every chance she had. The food was delicious, you know you have good homemade pasta when it’s light, delicious and doesn’t leave you feeling bloated afterwards. Definitely recommend.

Papa Joe’s is an excellent southern Italian restaurant. Very good food, a nice wine list and reasonably priced.
Kid-friendliness: The staff is very kind and patient. This is very much a family restaurant which young, middle and older clients frequent.
Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is on one level and easily accessed from sidewalk.
