Friendly staff, plenty of seating later in the evening once dinner rush dies down. Like most Shack Shack locations, orders take a long time to prepare. My dine-in order with a cheeseburger, fries, and shake took nearly 20 minutes despite there being very few customers.

Staff is helpful, however food is only ok and seams to be over rated and over priced if you don't take advantage of promotions. I have had better burgers at half the price form local places. App is also glitchy, and crashed a few times when I was trying to order.

You pay more, but you get more. The burgers are really good, fries and shakes as well. They try to have good customer service.
Unfortunately this location had messy floors and a dirty bathroom, as well as just an unkempt appearance other than the kitchen. Also forgot to pack the ketchup, utensils, etc., even though it was part of the mobile order
