I went to Shake Shack in Darien and I was impressed with the amazing service I got from a high-schooler named Kevin. His attention to detail and niceness stood out and really made my experience memorable. He was also great at making sure that his coworkers correctly made the food as I heard him yelling orders to them. The food was great, but the service from this gentleman made the visit exceptional.

Went out of the way to go to this location because the Stamford location ran out of food! Poor planning on the part of Shake Shack. I met Sam, the manager at the Darien location. Sam is a wonderful, kind and fun person. There's a little pep in his step and he talks kindly to customers and really cares about them and his job. Give Sam a raise! He deserves it!

First time trying Shake Shack, and wow, was it delicious! I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a side of cheese sauce. The burger was perfect. One of the best burgers I've ever had. I am not really a burger gal, lol, but if I ever am in the mood for one, I will definitely return!
