As someone who has gone to many other Starbucks locations and received terribly inconsistent service, I have to praise this location for its wonderful customer service and the fact that they always make my drinks delicious. I often use the app and the drive through, and I am pleasantly surprised that the drinks are made well, and that is consistent no matter when I go here. I have always felt welcomed by the friendly people who work there, and I have never had a bad experience.”

“I visited this location on 7/29 around 3pm. The staff that were working there were so great! The young lady that took our order was very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and hot when we got it and the restaurant was clean. I even spoke to the Manager on duty at that time and told her so as I was very impressed. Thank you for a great experience!”

“I just wanna take a moment to commend this coffee shop for having an amazing changing table set up for parents. Although I had my own supplies, there were diapers and wipes available to parents and I LOVE that the changing table is in a bathroom accessible to both moms AND dads. My fiancé has so often ran into an issue where they are no changing tables available for dads to access. It’s awesome to see a business consider all parents, not just moms!”

They are organized, provide information clearly and timely, and truly go out of their way and above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy. I requested Vanilla Chai cupcakes which were not on their menu and on my goodness, they were INCREDIBLE!
