Quail and Ale is a cozy bar , sensitively decorated with a little air of sophistication . It's an extremely popular place so much so you need reservations for a table as they are extremely limited .We absolutely love and recommend it highly . That said the staff is extremely nice and kind . The only problem I and others see is how hard it is to order food and drinks. I dint get the sense I was being waited on I only got the sense of waiting !
Nice neighborhood pub, I can see us stopping in again. We had the best drinks! Not only was my margaritas beautiful it was really delicious. Hubby had a cocktail like a martini he liked. And the bartender did a perfect pour! Not a drop spilled! Pasta w sausage and broccoli Rabe was tasty, hubby liked his salmon. Prices not bad, everywhere seems just so expensive these days!
My boyfriend I went because it was close to home. Great atmosphere, small and quaint. His beer was warm. I ordered the “Grown up grilled cheese, made with Texas toast and tomato bisque. The grilled cheese was on white toast and I receive a 1/2 of a bowl of soup. I really gave it a 3 because of the atmosphere.
