I swear you guys hired one rude manager named Juanita at the Grand Ledge location in Michigan. I am sitting there waiting for my order for curbside having the best night and happy to be getting pizza from Dominos for me and my family when Juanita who is apparently the manager there comes to my car with my order, also ignores where I state I wanted her to come to the driver side, she comes to the passenger side and asks me if I have an order as I did state on the app and my make, model and color of my car. You wanna talk about following instructions. You didn’t even come to the right side of my vehicle. She tells me I’m supposed to have my hazard lights on that it’s in the instructions. I look at the app. Where on the app states I need my hazard lights on. She was BEYOND rude and I told her that there wasn’t any instructions. She walks away telling me “well there is, have a nice day” NUH UH. You aren’t going to come to my car telling me what I should be doing where there isn’t any instructions on the app that states that and I took screenshots. So I went in and told her to show me where it states that. She has the nerve to ask me if she forgot something and I told her no, you don’t come and talk to people like that who didn’t do anything wrong. She glances at my phone which doesn’t show anything about me needing my hazards on. I told her you need to re-learn customer service and any instructions there. No apology or anything. She has the nerve to then keep running her mouth about that the instructions states it as I am leaving the store. So what I did, I got the food and took it back in and got our money back, I’m not going to spend any money on someone who is rude and for a fact we have a tip also, I always had wonderful service in on Cedar St, West Saginaw and all the way in Muskegon. Way better than any service from this Dominos. Best believe I will be turning you in Juanita to corporate and I will make sure they know how rude you are and I don’t feel like I will ever want Dominos again after what you said. We’ve been a paying customer for decades but after this. I rather take my business and hard earned money elsewhere to a company who have respectful, kind and nice people who aren’t rude. If you are a manager, you need to be fired because I am sure I’m not the first person you spoke to like that.

Receiving 12 am start go to door and stay on door they will come get paperwork from you

The people and everything we’re nice I’m giving it to star because of their lack of safety concerns, this is the third time in the last two weeks I’ve been over here they do not take care of ice, even at the end of the stairs for the receiving offices please be careful I’ll be sending these pictures to OSHA.

I was here to deliver a load got here early there is no overnight parking. I asked the lady the dog yard in this company if she knew anywhere around here where I can park she is super RUDE she respond to me very sarcastic comment with her cellphone in her hands asking me if I had one of this meaning her cellphone and I respond yes but I’m not from around here if she can help out and she RUDLY answered me again with her phone in her hands Do you have one of this referring to her phone once again Super Rude great place here but that employee really makes the place disgusting environment

Warehouse

No overnight parking but they stick to appt to me or little earlier n fast unloading

Management is only concerned about production warehouse. Managers are only concerned about keeping the warehouse clean not about keeping their employees safe. They launched a hiring event. Told people there was first shift for warehouse. I come in and they don’t have any first shift available. Why advertise it if you don’t have it The warehouse is small and they are hiring way too many people the reason why this is five less stars and only one star is the people inside. The warehouse are rude, disrespectful and frankly, I wouldn’t advise anybody working here if you want long-term the slightest mistake, they will fire you.

The management team is only concerned with production. I got hurt several times because supervisors didn't care about issues in the freezer. When I pulled my shoulder and hit the E stop on the conveyor, supervisors would just immediately start it back up. The veteran workers were very unfriendly and hostile to all new hires, and Scott....my manager laughed in my face when I reported my injury. They are all talk and fake when it comes to safety. Try to make you feel like something is wrong with you if you can't keep up with a 2 person job all by yourself.
