Carmine's Bar • Grill • Stage is a hidden gem with great food made in-house. The house bread is amazing, and the garlic fries are delicious. The staff is excellent, and the bartender can nail any drink recipe you show them. While the flatbread edges were overcooked, the overall flavor was good. The live music adds a nice vibe to the place. The shows are fun to hang around for, but the wall between the bar and the stage might bother some. There's ample parking available, and the takeout orders are accurate and come with super nice service. The Alfredo is garlicky and delicious, while the salmon could use a bit more seasoning.
