“So, so good! I took a trip up to Brown Butter Creations after reading an article in Connecticut Magazine. It was definitely worth the trip! I'm normally not a whoopie pie fan, but their pumpkin woopie pie cake and filling was the best I've ever tasted. Everything I bought was super yummy, and you really can taste the brown butter difference. They have scone specials on Saturdays, so check their Facebook page. If you can't get there early, you can call your order in and they'll have it ready for you. Super friendly service. Wheelchair and walker accessible from the parking lot. Looking forward to my next visit!Wheelchair accessibility: No threshold or barriers between the parking lot and the sidewalk. Easy entry into the bakery. Did not see handicap spaces right in front of the bakery but there was plenty of parking out front.“
“Rare is the day I find a place I both want to keep secret so it doesn't get too busy when I visit and yet shout from the rooftops how amazing it is. I just had hands down the best Ham ans Cheese croissant and Macaroon I have every had. These are my go to safe choice items for a Cafe and they went so far above my expectations I cannot wait to come back and try everything else on their menu. Wonderful staff and cozy locals only feel. Worth the trip. Skip the big box coffee shops and stop here!“
“Donna, the owner, is an angel. The times I have gone in were last-minute, hair-on-fire moments. And each time, she's always smooth, calm & collected. Super-pleasant and always eager to please. She's the best!Recently, I called in the morning for my 11 year old's birthday gluten-free cupcake and then I forgot and the hours had already passed for them to be open, but Donna was still there and gladly opened the door and sold me the cupcake I needed. If that's not the epitome of customer service, I don't know what is. She cares and is always ready to help.As for the quality of the cupcakes, they are Simply Delicious and moist and overflowing with flavor and creativity. “Thank you to Carol and Heather for creating the most beautiful and tasty cake for my cousin's dragon themed baby shower. The shower was at a tea house so Heather topped the cake with an adorable dragon in a teacup which was so fitting for the occasion! The cake flavor itself was a recommendation from Carol: coconut cake with raspberry filling and was very good. My cousin is gluten free which is why I got this cake but majority of the people at the shower were not gluten free and couldn't even tell the difference. In fact, they are still talking about how amazing it was!“

“We get our cakes from Patty Cakes for all occasions and for the past 20 years! Time flies. They make delicious cakes and have a wide variety. This bakery is long standing in the community and it's easy to see why. They make the best treats! I've had their bagels too- reminds me of NY! And once or twice I got a cheese danish - oh to die for! The family is nice and their employees too! They are dependable if you ever need to order cakes!“
