I always order in the app and it's the first time they cancel my order, when I call the store they tell me that it's because I didn't answer a call, which doesn't make sense because I always order through the Dominos app and they never call to confirm, I called a second time and the person treated me badly and with attitudes, he hung up on me while I was talking. A horrible service.

Made my order wrong, asked for a refund. They offered a $5 credit to me. I won’t be ordering from here again so what good is a credit ? Skimped on the toppings!! Terrible customer service from shafiqur, said there was nothing wrong with my order when clearly there was or else why would I be calling? Terrible terrible terrible ! Where is this okay? I tossed it in the trash! Waste of money

The pizzas had practically no sauce or cheese…. the two most important components of a pizza. There was also an absurd amount of the garlic seasoning on the crust and one of the pizzas was slightly burnt. As someone who has worked in food service (including Domino’s), it’s not hard to take 5 extra seconds to make sure the pizza is made well. I will not be buying from this location again.

This location FOR THE EAST HARTFORD DOMINOS Not Main St ! is absolutely unprofessional. I went to main st dominos in Manchester and was served ten times better. This why people would rather order out of town or to another dominos close by like I did. I called them to make an order for delivery. And which everything that I cost it cost it over $50. I was gonna pay exact change because I was told that their drivers no longer carry change. Which makes no sense as I’ve used to work as a pizza delivery driver, and you have to carry some type of change. The woman taking my order told me that I could not pay with a $50 bill, 5 ones and $.24 which is what my order was gonna be. She told me that if that was a problem I could cancel my order and order somewhere else. So I asked to speak with someone inside the store. Upon speaking to the man in the store, he told me that there was no supervisor Available. I explained that I was having a hard time with the previous woman where I was trying to order my food. He also encouraged me to cancel my order and order somewhere else. I asked why can I just pay exact change that way the driver doesn’t even have to be burned with worrying about the change. I would pay the exact amount and even a tip. He continue to argue with me and then said he’ll take my order. He put the phone down and I could hear him taking several While I was on the phone. So no problem I’ve just hung up and I’ll be ordering from another Domino’s. Definitely won’t get my money talking like that food I’m supposed to trust you to make.

Had to call domino's after a extended amount of timed lapsed. This lady picks up phone and starts shouting that there not delivering i gave her the wrong number and somebody went to the place and the ppl there said they didn't order any pizza. The lady would not listen to reason and easily frustrated. Never offered a refund or say they still have it.Thats not good Customer service or support for the community Today April 10,2025, (the silver lane domino's).
