I stopped in to get the jerk chicken and it was delicious. I googled the best places to eat in Middletown, CT and this was one of the top results and I’m glad I tried it. Definitely worth your time and money!

The food was fresh and delicious!! I got sweet and sour chicken, jerk chicken, plantains and cabbage. Don't sleep on that cabbage it's amazing. The staff was very friendly and place was clean. I definitely recommend you giving this place a try.

This was the Jamaican Restaurant that we needed today!!! Wow definitely delivered authentic Jamaican food and Hospitality! The star should be 10/5! The Family / owner was kind and the trip n bean and pork delicious ! We just nyam it up! We going back it’s a 45 minute drive worth it all. Good luck Nate keep up the real works!!! I ordered a ten dollar jerk only with two festivals, they gave me 4 pieces of chopped up chicken that looked like a leg and thigh, the chicken was really good but the only thing was the poor amount for ten dollar's. I also ordered a five dollar fried chicken only which only came with a leg and thigh, the fried chicken was really good also. everything I ordered was really good no complaints about the taste of the food just small quantities. I most likely will not go back there I will stick with Hartford where I get my money worth's. The young lady at the front was very nice the place was beautiful and nice and clean.

I bought the ackee and salt fish yesterday with boil food and let me tell you it was delicious! One of the best ever and I’m from the country side of jamaica and let me tell you they get a 10 out of 10. Plus the red peas soup very good!

Ordered delivery tonight and --oh wow-- already thinking about what we should order next! We tried the jerk chicken, stew chicken, rasta pasta, and a couple patties. Also rice and peas. Everything is excellent! Plus, it arrived ahead of the estimated time. You'll be seeing us again, Kaynate!

Service and atmosphere are great. Everyone is very nice and friendly when you walk in. I had high hopes for this place given the reviews, but the food is lack luster. I ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas. The food looked great with a great quantity however the flavors were not there. It was more on the bland side.

Just went in here and let me tell you.. you absolutely have to try!! Best Jamaican food around here! Jus a warning it has a spice kick but that kick makes you want to keep eating!!!! I couldn’t even get a picture of before I started eating because it looked and smelled so good! 10/10 will absolutely come back
