“I hate to say I have never had a playa bowl before but so happy I had the chance to try one! Especially after a nice hike, this was the perfect superfood!

I couldn't decide what I wanted, but the employee gave me some good suggestions!

I ended up going with the Nutella the Nutelloco playa which was açaí and coconut base topped with blueberry flax granola, bananas, strawberries, coconut flakes, raw cocoa nibs and Nutella. It's huge! Definitely a meal in itself!

The employees were very friendly. Even with my indecisiveness. The place is pretty chic and relaxing with a nice electric fire place and plenty of seating.

“Ajamo is a solid lunch spot in Hartford. I long for the days when the food court was packed with options, and I’m happy to see this place is one of the great food stands that are still going strong at the State House. They serve very fresh salads at generous proportions and have good sandwiches as well. The only critique I’d have is that their lettuce/kale, roasted chicken, and other ingredients are in large chunks and they don’t provide a knife to cut it in smaller pieces. Their flavors are great, but it would be great to have a grilled chicken option in addition to the roasted.“

“We've been going to Just Salad for several months now. It's been fantastic every time. The salads are incredibly fresh and they list just about every allergen you can imagine. The service has always been very friendly and helpful. Sometimes we eat there and other times have it delivered. There are about a dozen tables inside, but it appears that most of their business is with the delivery services. The only complaint is their "loyalty" app which is confusing, a pain to use in the store, and appears to offer nothing in response for loyalty! Aside from that, the food is always great and the prices are reasonable for what you get.“
