“I always come here for some steak when I don’t feel like cooking at home and the quality is great every single time. The meal preps are phenomenal also, I usually cook at home so I don’t get them much but whenever I don’t this is the first place I go. I try to stay away from processed fast food and stick to Whole Foods that I know are cooked with peoples health in mind. Keep it up!“

“Hands down, Best protein shakes on the island. Honestly can’t be compared, only thing that comes close is smoothie king and the closest one is in Manhattan. Salad so fresh it doesn’t even need dressing, once you start chomping down you’ll forget to put dressing on it. Great selection of supplements, best brands on the market are found here. Let’s not forget the snacks. If you like protein bars then you know how hard it is to find ones that are healthy and actually tasty. You don’t have to worry about that here, I’ve yet to eat a protein bar from this place and put it down. Lastly, the European coffee they use is top brand in Europe. There isn’t a coffee shop in Europe without that emblem (illy) in their windows. Great place, great service, great people, great food, great coffee, great shakes, and great products. Everything tasted fresh, well seasoned and the portions were huge! “We absolutely love Energize Nutrition. They have what we are looking for- delicious healthy protein and energy packed Nutrition. We love their protein shakes as a meal replacement. Our favorite if you're wondering where to start are the banana nut bread with chocolate drizzle or the pumpkin pancake with caramel drizzle. For the energy teas there's so many. We really like the Peach Bellini, Maui Sunrise, Autumn Breeze, Apple Cider and the Blackberry Sangria. It's fun to change it up, never boring. We also take advantage of the grab and go protein snacks and banana caramel over night oats with fresh strawberries, blueberries and banana. Everything is well proportioned and we feel great with these healthy choices. We joined the gym and it's a great combo that's really working and helping us!“

The staff are friendly. The store is clean and selections are plentiful and very well laid out. It’s my favorite place to eat heathy when I’m out on Long Island.“

“You need to open up at least 20 more stores on Long Island because your food is amazing. Finally a place that understands how to pair herbs and veggies together in a way where they actually taste good. I am obsessed!!!“

“This place ROCKS.

My GF and I are trying to keep our glucose in check and we seek out salad places (and have experienced MANY) and this has been by far our best experience. I had the Supreme Chef's salad and my GF had the Whole Food salad. I don't know what other people are talking about but everything including the dressing was included. You could add extras but we chose not to. Our total was in the $40 neighborhood but the portion size is excellent (my GF didn't finish).

Annalise (sp?) was a kind, thoughtful, engaging worker behind the counter and an absolute pleasure to be served by.

The ambiance of the environment is plain and small, so I marked them down one notch on the in-store experience but I didn't care at all because the salad was so good.

Five star experience --- Highly recommend, especially if you have any other salad-place experiences.
