Redfine (Syosset) is one of the better meal prep places on LI. Food doesn’t taste like cardboard, protein content is decent in most meals & the price is reasonable. Siavash at the Syosset location is one of the best! He has great food recommendations, is knowledgeable, is always positive and cheerful and even stayed open a little past closing time (even though he had to rush to make it to his martial arts class) just so I could make it on time and get my meals. Been ordering Redefine on and off for about 4 years. Without any doubt they have the best tasting meals with plenty of variety.Redefine makes it very easy to eat healthy in a very convenient way.No surprise why this company has grown the way it has so quickly.

LOVE Redefine Meals! The quality is amazing- meals are filled with flavor and always fresh. They are always adding new options, so it never gets boring. I am so happy they are delivering to Westchester County now! Packaging is very impressive - insulated, ice packs, etc. It is evident they take great pride. Also super responsive by email whenever I've had a question. Thank you!
