Ive been coming to redifined on my journey to make a full come-back from a back injury a few years ago. Ive trusted this place as my go to for fast prepped food to keep me on point when I started a complete lifestyle change in my fitness journey. Redefine Meals are a great way to access healthy fresh food. There were so many options to pick from but, Deanna was so patient with me and gave me great advice on what meal to pick! Will be coming back!
