Not sure if they have an employee shortage but had the whole place waiting for food. Employee found it as joking manager. Understand it's is Management's poor planning, employees just trying to survive.
I came to this location while visiting home. I came in during the morning and there were only 2 people ahead of me waiting and 2 people working. I understand completely about being short staffed. I placed an order for one smoothie. The 2 people got taken care of and I'm left in the store waiting for 1 minutes while the 2 employees laugh and giggle. I stop here every morning for my half-price smoothie before work. You can't beat the price, and the calories aren't as bad as you would think. The staff knows my order. They are pleasant, smiling, greeted by my name, and are super quick. Love the service as much as the place.
