I went on a weekday morning and ordered cherry dip vanilla soft serve… the girl dipped it so bad and I was shocked when she handed to me. Hopefully it was just a one time thing but there are better ice cream options in port Jeff.
These kids hustle! It's Ralphs. You know why you're there. You know what you're getting. They are fast & efficient. Don't let a line scare you away. In Covid only 6 people can be in store at once. They are fast and furious.So many ice cream places downtown. Only one Italian ice place. You can get icecream here too. Soft serve and hard, sundaes, shakes etc.We never do. We're here for the ices. Keep working hard, and we keep getting our dessert here every time we have dinner downtown.

After seeing many people, enjoying their ices, we decided we would try it out. Ralph's offered a large variety of flavors that seemed to be full of excessive sugar. The gal at the counter was helpful and efficient. The store could use a good cleaning. The ices were good, but not as good as we are used to having in our local area.
