“I can not believe that this restaurant has been here on Main Street in Port Jefferson Village for over 20 years and I never ate there!!! This is my new Favorite place to eat. The food was exceptional and good size portions. The pita bread they put out on the table was so delicious I could have made that my meal. The service was extremely attentive and so personable. The Owner came around greeting everyone and made us feel like we were all family having dinner together. I am looking forward to my next visit.”

“Enjoyed a wonderful post conference meal with colleagues and friends last night. There was a large group of us, but food was amazing and our server Anthony didn’t miss a beat he was courteous, professional and thoughtful and made the dining experience spectacular. As an out of towner this would definitely be on my places to visit again.”

“I ordered really late tonight accidentally, not realizing they close at around 12. I feel really awful for that. I expected since it was quite late, the food would be subpar, but wow this Halal food is some of the most delicious I've ever had. It really tasted fresh even at 2AM. Like others said, fresh lettuce, fresh rice, and the meat is so flavorful without feeling overly greasy.

Thank you for still showing love with your food even when it's inconvenient, I'll definitely be a longtime customer.

EDIT: Oh, only critique is I expected a bit more spice to the red sauce, next time I'll have to ask for some extra kick lol! I like it very very spicy.”

“Oh my goodness, my family went to Billie’s for Easter Dinner last night! The food was out of this world. Everything we got was spot on from the appetizers to the dessert! The service was amazing, and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to enjoy a night out. I’m looking forward to going back when the weather is a bit warmer and eating on their back deck. I consider myself a bit of a foodie and this place was top-notch! Definitely give it a try. Oh, and it wasn’t packed like every other establishment town Port!”

“Picked up Three pies two hero’s the price is great. we ordered three different types deep dish. Thin. Crust and regular pie with meatballs five stars the meat balls really made the pie.”

“Went to Grumpy Jack's to celebrate my granddaughter's H.S. graduation. We were a table of 22, seated upstairs. Our waitress, Joelle, was amazing. She was working the entire restaurant. The downstairs and our group upstairs. She was very pleasant, professional, and did a great job handling everything herself. The food was so good. There are so many food options on the menu, it caters to everyone's tastes. Definitely recommend going there and we will definitely go back. Looking forward to it!!”

“Had a great experience here last night. The food was cooked perfectly. Enjoyed some of the best baked clams I’ve ever had. The drinks looked very creative as well. The skirt steak was tender and marinated in a delicious marinade. The service was helpful but it wasn’t a rushed experience by any means. The patio is dog friendly as well. I will be back!”

“So nice inside and the food is great!! it's about 10-ish bucks for a salad, and it's so worth it. I've gotten salads from the Pop salad section and i just tried a quesadilla with steak (omg soooo good, the steak is soft and juicy and seasoned just right). the salad is always fresh and tasty and the portions are big!! My quesadilla meal was about 13.50 without the drink but i have leftovers and I always have half a salad left so it's like 2 meals for 10-15 dollars...so worth it. The people that prep the food in the back are so nice too. Idk where they found these employees but they are just so genuine and friendly. Love this place. I recommend it to everyone lol”

“Pizza and calzones are always burnt, effecting the taste. Even when you ask the staff to cook it lightly, they still burn them. Calzones have way too much mozzarella cheese, and not enough ricotta cheese. Burnt is the norm here. Staff are friendly.”

I highly recommend trying this restaurant. I've been there many times and plan to go again. Very friendly employees and the atmosphere is peaceful as you can see everything going on outside through the Hugh windows. I really like Sweet & Savory in Port Jefferson NY.”
