“Visited for dinner on a Saturday night. Started by ordering drinks, Bourb-Berry and their cider cinnamon drink. Both were extremely enjoyable and tasty, a good size drink without been overpriced. For starters we shared the buttermilk fried chicken which was very satisfying and a good portion to share between 2 people. Our main meals were their old fields burger and squid ink linguine. Both meals were great and very tasteful. Service was very good, our waiter was very friendly and visited our table often to ensure everything was up to our liking. I would highly recommend giving this restaurant a try if you are in the area.“
“Good food, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. The French toast, toast with goat cheese, and vegan pancakes were all good. I'm glad the person at the counter let me know that the pancakes would have a different texture because of the almond flour so I wasn't put off by it; the flavor was really good so that made up for them not being fluffy.“
“Been coming for occasionally for the last 3 years. Absolutely love everything about the place, food is always amazing. The staff is stellar as well, always hustling and always super kind and attentive Tonight we had Heather at our server and she was absolutely killing it!! Heather was hustling like crazy and still managed everything she had going on, nothing but respect for her and everyone else! I hope that the staff gets amazing bonuses for all the hard work they put in every day here!!“
“The food we got was delicious. My wife had the cauliflower crust flatbread, which was a little sweeter than she expected because of the jam on it, but still very good, and I had the fish and chips. The dunks were also very good and the ambiance was a lot of fun. We sat at the high tops in the bar which is more of the loud and a lot going on seeing...because it's a bar of course which is what we wanted that night, however there were much much quieter and low key tables in the back of the restaurant for the sit down eating experience. This one is now added to our regular list of places to go.“
“We have a tradition of coming here for st pattys day because my hubby does not eat red meat. He always getfs his turkey burger and is happy. I was estatic to see fried pickles on the menu. I got the pickles, seafood bisque, caesar salad and a corned beef sandwich. EVERYTHING was fresh, came out hot and was delicious. It can get loud but it was st pattys day after all. Try it, you will go back.UPDATE 3/17/2020 had to get our feast to go. My corned beef dinner was the best EVER. Hubby's Turkey burger was perfect. Miss our fireside table today.UPDATD coming here is also our New Year's Eve tradition. We do a late lunch, early dinner. Dinner choices are plenty and delicious. You can't go wrong no matter what you order. Love the staff.UPDATE AGAIN. March 17,2021. Had to get our dinners for pick up again. Grumpys chicken and my corned beef and cabbage dinner. Oh yeah and a pretzel. Each year is better than the last. I got onion soup, a shrimp cocktail, sm Greek salad and fish n chips (hey it's a last meal after all!) Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The food came out SUPER HOT and PERFECT. We don't go anywhere else for our special occasions. THANK YOU GRUMPY JACK'SUPDATE. ST. PATTY'S 2024 husband got his chicken and I got a small Greek salad and the corned beef platter and a non alcoholic bloody Mary. Staff is always pleasant and keep in touch with you. Food came out hot and plentiful. Oh yes perfectly cooked and delicious. We come here for major holidays and person events. Don't intend to change as they are all the BEST.“
“Went New Year’s Eve had an awesome meal off their special menu. Started off with a nice glass of German resiling wine, Shades of Blue, excellent! Then for appetizer had the crab cakes, loaded with crab topped with Aioli sauce, best I’ve ever had. Then had the fillet mignon with lobster tail, fillet had a good amount of gristle in the middle that I had to work around, other than that it was very good. Lobster tail was presented and seasoned very well in some sort of marinated butter, wine and garlic which I thought was top notch of flavor and tenderness. Came with the mash potatoes another good choice some of the best made. I can’t forget their delicious homemade multi grain bread which was very good. For last desert opted for the Crème Brûlée topped off with fresh made whipped cream, awesome. Let me also mention about our waitress very friendly and accommodating, great customer service.Overall had a very enjoyable and unforgettable experience at Nantucket's other than the fillet not being completely satisfied I give it the Cardillo Scale Rating Review of 4.8 out of 5. “I had lunch on a Monday afternoon. The restaurant was nearly empty as it was the off-season on a very cold day. I chose the table by the window with a view of the street. My waitress, Caitlyn, was excellent. I had the giant pretzel with 3 dips as an appetizer and the fish and chips for the entree. Both were delicious. The shoestring fries were a welcome treat. They have an extensive list of beers on tap. I had the New Belgium Fat Tire Ale, which was very good. Caitlyn timed the courses well yet was not oversolicitous. Portions are generous and I was given to-go containers when requested. Prices are somewhat high, but given the great location, it's understandable. Would definitely return!“
“One of my favorite restaurants! Every course offers great choices. Our daughter is vegan and there is always one or 2 options available for her, as well. The fish and meat are always accompanied by flavorful, interesting vegetables and starches. The wine options are plentiful. The decor is both attractive and comfortable with tables distanced for personal space. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and well established. Really nice dining experience.“
