“I became a regular diner to Riley’s a couple of years ago. Gotta tell ya, the food is as good as any high restaurant I eat at and I dine out a lot. Fun, delicious, quality menu that has never once disappointed on any item, ever. Yes it is mostly basic pub food but so are 50% of the restaurants on Long Island now and Fibbers is perfect and priced more than fair. Can’t remember the servers but the two ladies are always right there, refills on drinks, food on time and always with a smile regardless how busy they are. Come back soon guys! After she brought us the bill, we waited around 10 minutes for our card to be processed while she was doing side work, and eventually another staff member had to run it for us. It just felt a little odd to be left waiting that long when we were ready to pay and leave. Overall, the food was great, but the service could have been more welcoming and attentive.“

She helped with set up, made sure everyone had what they needed, and even helped calm down my friend's nephew who was having a bit of a meltdown. Would 100% recommend anyone to have an event there!“

I wrote and email expressing my concern , which they responded quickly and tried connecting on the phone but they dropped the ball and did not respond to my follow up call nor my follow up email week has gone by. It’s nice in there I would’ve considered returning.

Tim, the manager called again and we had a nice conversation that I much appreciated. Offered gift card which was very kind. Sometimes things happen, if I business is willing to make it right and show humility it’s a good business. I’ve updated this review in high hope of returning and having a good experience and updating to 5 stars!“

But the kind lady from Atomic wings (miller place location) was so sweet and contacted DoorDash immediately to get in touch with me. Once I called she immediately apologized and insisted on personally delivering the correct order. There aren’t many kind people in the world, but that woman is a complete angel. I wish I had gotten her name to give her a shout out. But I can’t thank her enough for her kindness!!! I hope she sees this and knows how incredible she is!!!“

The whole time they were there at the wedding serving, the staff was friendly and very professional. Top notch service. This is amazing pizza company. “We've had great experiences at Nu. It's a quiet spot, usually, and the food is really great. We always get filet mignon or their pork chop, which is fabulous. Their wine list is great, and the service is always top notch. I'm kind of a snob when it comes to service. I like to have great service but also be left alone, which is exactly what they do. The servers have always been attentive and professional. They know what to recommend and can advise you on the menu. I have to repeat. Their food is GREAT! although I do always order the filet mignon. It's the best .“
