“We recently celebrated my daughter Sanaa’s Sweet 16 at Trio, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The space was beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for such a special occasion.

She was professional, responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about making sure every detail was just right. “Monarca is just something special. Chef Jorge and his wife Martha have created the best little neighborhood spot. The food is absolutely amazing… truly the best home cooked food made with so much love, passion and skill. You can taste it in every bite.
And then there’s the people ❤ Lauren is the most amazing bartender, of course her brother Sean, Serafina (my gypsy ❤), Heather, Cynthia, Sam and all the best of the best. They all just make your day or night better. You walk in and you feel like you’re hanging out with friends.
That’s what I love about Monarca. It’s not just the food, it’s the people and the feeling you get when you’re there. It can be your everyday spot, date night, a drink at the bar, dinner with friends or just somewhere you go because you know you’re going to have a good time.

“My boyfriend and I have been frequenting Karver's Grille for the past few years. We have been fortunate enough to get to know two particular servers, Brandon and Alex. They both go out of their way to make sure our dining experience is excellent. From keeping up with my boyfriend's diet coke habit to giving us bread without asking with our french onion soup. These days, it's hard to find a restaurant where servers take the time to get know regulars. We truly appreciate them always providing amazing service.“

“I became a regular diner to Riley’s a couple of years ago. Gotta tell ya, the food is as good as any high restaurant I eat at and I dine out a lot. Fun, delicious, quality menu that has never once disappointed on any item, ever. Yes it is mostly basic pub food but so are 50% of the restaurants on Long Island now and Fibbers is perfect and priced more than fair. Can’t remember the servers but the two ladies are always right there, refills on drinks, food on time and always with a smile regardless how busy they are. Come back soon guys! “The restaurant food and service was very good. However, no one likes to be served a martini in a champagne glass. It’s like drinking out of a bowl of soup. You should serve your martinis in the proper glasses.“

“The food was excellent, and the bus staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, our waitress was not very warm or inviting, which affected the overall experience. After she brought us the bill, we waited around 10 minutes for our card to be processed while she was doing side work, and eventually another staff member had to run it for us. It just felt a little odd to be left waiting that long when we were ready to pay and leave. Overall, the food was great, but the service could have been more welcoming and attentive.“

She helped with set up, made sure everyone had what they needed, and even helped calm down my friend's nephew who was having a bit of a meltdown. Would 100% recommend anyone to have an event there!“

“update below: Went for a Disney bingo which was so fun but we ordered a special on the board (both the same) and we both got sick. I wrote and email expressing my concern , which they responded quickly and tried connecting on the phone but they dropped the ball and did not respond to my follow up call nor my follow up email week has gone by. It’s nice in there I would’ve considered returning.

Tim, the manager called again and we had a nice conversation that I much appreciated. Offered gift card which was very kind. Sometimes things happen, if I business is willing to make it right and show humility it’s a good business. I’ve updated this review in high hope of returning and having a good experience and updating to 5 stars!“

But the kind lady from Atomic wings (miller place location) was so sweet and contacted DoorDash immediately to get in touch with me. Once I called she immediately apologized and insisted on personally delivering the correct order. There aren’t many kind people in the world, but that woman is a complete angel. I wish I had gotten her name to give her a shout out. But I can’t thank her enough for her kindness!!! I hope she sees this and knows how incredible she is!!!“

“Our son and daughter in law hired them for there wedding .The food was the best, so fresh and delicious. The whole time they were there at the wedding serving, the staff was friendly and very professional. Top notch service. This is amazing pizza company. The staff was phenomenal, anything we needed they were right there to help! The food was stellar and all of our guests were talking about how they wish they could load up to go containers from the buffet! If you ever have to throw an event, do yourself the favor and check them out! The owner is the nicest guy and really just went above and beyond to help make the shower perfect!
